1. Exploitation, Infrastructure, and Operational Independence
- Swiss Operations: The Archishop platform, its associated e-commerce web infrastructure, and its mobile applications (available on the App Store and Google Play Store) are independently managed, developed, and operated from Switzerland (Route des Échelettes 51, 1674 Vuarmarens).
- Distinct Entity & Digital Assets: All digital accounts, developer credentials (including Apple Developer and Google Play Console accounts), and merchant payment gateways (including Swiss bank accounts and dedicated PayPal accounts) are registered, funded, and operated exclusively under Swiss jurisdiction by the local management.
- Transition and Continuity: Following the closure of former fulfillment partnerships in September 2026, all commercial operations for Archishop were entirely transitioned to this independent Swiss setup. Any historical references to prior corporate structures do not alter the current, exclusive Swiss operational and financial routing of Archishop. All revenues and transactions processed through this platform are managed locally in Switzerland.
2. Collection of Personal Information
We collect information that you provide directly when placing an order, creating an account, or contacting our customer service (name, shipping/billing address, e-mail address, and transaction details).
3. Use of Data
The data collected is strictly used to process and ship your orders, manage your customer account, and improve our services under Swiss data protection standards (FADP).
4. Fiscal Status & VAT
Archishop operates independently from Switzerland, with a turnover below the statutory threshold of CHF 100,000. Consequently, the enterprise is not subject to Swiss VAT (Art. 10 LTVA).
5. Data Sharing
Your data is shared only with essential trusted service providers (such as secure payment processors like PayPal and delivery carriers) strictly required to fulfill your orders.
