Refund and Return Policy

1. General Overview & Print-on-Demand Terms
Because our items from the Archibald Frederitch and Archishop collections are produced on-demand via our fulfillment partners (such as Printify), standard returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes, or wrong color choices are not supported. Each piece is uniquely manufactured once an order is placed.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, you are covered under our quality guarantee. You must report the issue to our customer service team at [email protected] within 30 days of product delivery.
- A clear photo or video showing the issue or defect must be provided alongside your order ID.
- Physical returns of damaged items to our Lyon headquarters or production partners are typically not required.
- Once inspected and verified, we will arrange for a free replacement reprint or a full refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a claim for a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and photographic proof of the defect.
- Our team will coordinate with our fulfillment network to validate the issue.
- Approved claims will result in a complimentary reprint shipped to you or a refund issued via your original payment method.
4. Incorrect Addresses and Unsuccessful Deliveries
If an order is returned to sender or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout, a refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) can be issued, or a reshipment can be organized at an extra charge.
5. Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand model, direct size or color exchanges are not supported. Please review our sizing charts carefully before purchasing. If a different size is required, a new order must be placed independently.
