Terms of Use
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Archishop website, online store, and mobile applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Operations and Jurisdiction
- Independent Swiss Operations: The Archishop platform, its e-commerce infrastructure, and its mobile applications are independently managed, developed, and operated from Switzerland (Echelettes Road 51, 1674 Vuarmarens).
- Financial and Digital Routing: All digital accounts, merchant identifiers, developer credentials (Apple Developer / Google Play), and financial routing (including Swiss bank accounts and dedicated Swiss PayPal accounts) are registered, funded, and operated exclusively under Swiss jurisdiction.
- Operational Continuity: Following the operational evolution of former partnerships in September 2026, all commercial operations and digital assets were entirely transitioned to this independent Swiss setup. Any historical references to prior structures are strictly confined to past operations and do not affect the current, exclusive Swiss operational, technical, and financial routing of Archishop.
3. Products, Pricing, and VAT Status
- All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur.
- VAT Status: Archishop operates independently from Switzerland, with an annual turnover below the statutory threshold of CHF 100,000. Consequently, the enterprise is not subject to Swiss VAT (Art. 10 LTVA).
4. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site and within our mobile applications—such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations—is the property of Archishop and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Archishop shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, products, or services, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Swiss law.
